Privacy policy

money-pipe accesses the owner's own Gmail accounts with read-only permission (gmail.readonly), and only the messages sent by the owner's bank. It never sends, deletes or changes e-mail.

The bank e-mails and the transactions derived from them are stored on the owner's own server and written to the owner's own YNAB budget. To suggest categories, transaction descriptions (merchant, amount, date) are sent to a language model API (OpenRouter). No data is sold, shared or used for advertising.

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored data is deleted on request of the owner.
